TIMING
Q. What is the timing of this Program?
A. The program runs from Campaign 16, 2014 through
Campaign 26, 2014 (National & Trendsetter).

Q. When will Representatives start earning Stars in
the Avon Star Award Program?
A. All achievements beginning in Campaign 16, 2014
(National and Trendsetter) will count toward earning
Stars.

PARTICIPANTS
Q. Is the Avon Star Award Program related to the
Presidents Recognition Points Program?
A. No.

Q. Can Representatives located in Alaska, Guam,
Saipan or Hawaii participate in this Program?
A. Yes.

Q. Can Representatives located in the Caribbean
Divisions participate in this Program?
A. Yes.

Q. Can new Representatives appointed after
Campaign 16, 2014 participate in this Program?
A. Yes. All Representatives, including existing and new
Representatives, are eligible to participate in this
Program. In order to select awards, however, a
Representatives account must be active and past due
no more than two Campaigns and under $500.

Q. Can reinstated Representatives participate in this
Program?
A. Yes. Please see the Star Balance section in this FAQ
for more information on how reinstatement may affect a
Representatives Star Balance.




Q. Can Representatives who are reappointed with a
new account number participate in this Program?
A. Yes. Please see the Star Balance section in this FAQ
for more information on how reappointment affects your
Star Balance.

Q. Can LABC Operators participate in this Incentive?
A. Yes. LABC Representatives participate based on the
combined activity of Home and Store Accounts.
STAR BALANCE
Q. Can Representatives purchase Stars with PRP
Points?
A. No. As stated above, the Star Program is not related
to the Presidents Recognition Points Program.

Q. Do Stars reset at the end of each Quarter?
A. No. Stars accumulate through the entire Program
Period beginning in Campaign 16, 2014 and ending in
Campaign 26, 2014 (National & Trendsetter). Stars for
the 2014 Star Program cannot be earned after C26
2014.

Q. Where can Representatives review their Star
Balance?
A. Representatives can view their Star balance in the
Awards Portal located on the Avon Star Program page
on yourAVON.com.

Q. If Representatives do not want to use their Stars
can they give them to another Avon Representative?
A. No. Stars cannot be transferred under any
circumstances.

Q. Does a Representatives Star Balance lower when
she selects and receives an award on the Awards
Portal?
A. No. Stars are not depleted when a Representative
selects an Award. Stars are accumulated throughout the
Program Period. Once a Representative has achieved
the requisite number of Stars corresponding to a Star
Breakthrough Level, the Representative will be eligible to
select an award from that Star Breakthrough Level.

Q. Can Representatives save Stars to select an
award at a higher Star Breakthrough Level?
A. There is no need for Representatives to save Stars in
this Program because Stars are not depleted once an
award has been selected. Representatives will have the
opportunity to select an award for each Star
Breakthrough Level Achieved.

Q. Do reinstated Representatives lose stars while
their account is temporarily removed?
A. No. If a Representatives account is temporarily
removed and then reinstated within the specified period
of time as defined in Avons Independent Sales
Representative Policies, the Representatives Star
balance will not be affected.

QUESTIONS

Q. Can reappointed Representatives Star balances
be transferred from their old accounts to their new
accounts?
A. No. In the event that a Representatives account is
removed and not reinstated, the Star balance on that
account will be forfeited and is not transferrable to any
other Avon Representative account under any
circumstances. If the same individual reappoints with
Avon, the Star Program account begins anew with a
balance of zero Stars.

Q. How long does it take for Stars earned to show up
in a Representatives Star Balance on the Awards
Portal?
A. Stars will be awarded within 48 hours following the
close of each individual Representatives RPS as
defined in the Policies for Avon Independent Sales
Representatives.

Q. How long does a Representative have to use the
Stars earned?
A. All Stars earned during the Program Period will expire
on February 28, 2015. Awards must be selected by that
time or the Stars will expire.

THE AWARDS
Q. Can Representatives receive cash or PRP Points
instead of the awards on the Awards Portal?
A. No. Stars have no cash value and cannot be
transferred.


Q. If a Representative earns 50 or 250 Stars, when
will she receive the Avon Star Lapel Pin or Tote?
A. Both the Avon Star Lapel Pin and Tote will be
automatically included in the Representatives next order
placed on yourAVON.com after achievement, beginning
in Campaign 21 orders.

Q. How long does a Representative have to wait to
select their awards following achievement?
A. Representatives may select their awards within 48
hours following the achievement of each Star
Breakthrough Level.

Q. How do Representatives select awards at the 500
through 7,500 Star Breakthrough Levels?
A. Representatives can select awards through the
Awards Portal located on the Avon Star Program Page
on yourAVON.com.
Q. If a Representative is unable to select awards
online, is there another way she can select her
award?
A. In the continental United States, Representatives
should call 800-683-4438 for assistance. Outside of the
continental United States, Representatives should call
201-894-8941 for assistance.

Q. How long do Representatives have to select
awards?
A. All awards must be selected by February 28, 2015.

Q. If a Representative achieves the 1,000 Star
Breakthrough Level can she select two Awards from
the 500 Star Breakthrough Level?
A. No. Representatives may only select one award from
each Star Breakthrough Level achieved.

Q. How long does it take to receive an award once it
is selected?
A. Representatives will receive selected awards within
four (4) weeks. Please call 800-683-4438 for assistance
with awards that have not received within 4 weeks.

Q. What if an award is damaged during shipping?
A. Please call 800-683-4438 for assistance.

Q. Where are awards shipped to?
A. Award items will be shipped to the mailing address
provided at time of registration on the Avon Star
Program site or to the address provided during the
award selection process.



Q. My Star Balance shows that I achieved a Star
Level Breakthrough but when I tried to select an
award on the Awards Portal I received an error that I
am not eligible.
A. It may be because Representative accounts must be
active and past due no more than 2 campaigns and
under $500 in order to select or receive an award.
Q. I just paid my Avon account balance but I still
cannot select my award.
A. Please allow up to 48 hours following payment before
selecting awards on the Awards Portal.

HOW TO EARN STARS
Q. Can a New Representative in her first 6
Campaigns earn Stars at the Personal Award Sales
Levels for All Representatives?
A. Yes. New Representatives in their first 6 Campaigns
can earn Stars at all of the Personal Award Sales Levels
in this Program.

Q. Can Representatives who are not in their first 6
Campaigns earn Stars for Sales between $100 and
$399.99?
A. No. Stars earned for $100 through $399.99 sales per
Campaign is only available to New Representatives who
are in their first 6 Campaigns.

Q. For Award Sales Stars, can I accumulate sales
over multiple Campaigns in order to meet the
required Personal Award Sales Levels to earn Stars?
A. No. You must have a qualifying order in one single
Campaign in order to earn Stars.

Q. Do orders need to be paid on time to count for
this Program?
A. No. However, a Representatives account must be
active and past due no more than 2 campaigns and
under $500 in order to select or receive an award.

Q. Do orders need to be placed on time in order to
count?
A. Yes. To count for this Program, orders must be
received by noon (Branch time zone) of the
Representatives individual RPS order submission date.

Q. Do Direct Delivery orders count for this Program?
A. Yes. However, Representatives must place an order
on yourAVON.com following the Campaign of
achievement to receive the 50 and 250 Star
Breakthrough Awards.

Q. Do Sales Center orders count for this Program?
A. Yes. However, Representatives must place an order
on yourAVON.com following the Campaign of
achievement to receive the 50 and 250 Star
Breakthrough Awards.

Q. Do Breast Cancer or Domestic Violence cause
products count toward order size?
A. No.

Q. Do Bonus Dollars and/or Double or Triple Dollars
count toward order size?
A. No.

Q. Does my new Representative need to place her
first order in her intended start Campaign in order to
count as a New Recruit for this Program?
A. No. As long as the New Representatives first order of
$100 or more is placed she will count as a New
Representative for this Program.

Q. Do Reinstatements count as New
Representatives?
A. No. Reinstatements as defined in the Policies for
Avon Independent Sales Representatives do not count
as New Representatives for this Program.

Q. Do pending Candidates count for this Program?
A. No. Pending Candidates do not count as New
Candidates for this Program until their New
Representative places a qualifying first order.

Q. Does a New Candidates New Representative
have to place a $100+ order in order to count as a
New Candidate for this Program?
A. No. As long as the New Candidates New
Representative places an order, regardless of size, the
New Candidate will count for this Program.
