2. Networking and Hardware Issues
Access to all computers to every computer
Access to all printers from every computer
Access to Network attached storage (NAS) from every computer
Access to Internet from every computer
Access to Local area network (LAN)
3. Logging up the call to service center and following it up

**Terms & Condition
#All the issues are to be addressed in site, telephonic conversations are strictly not accepted.
# Computers which are under warranty are not to be self-serviced without prior notice to Office
head, if warranty voids, then Harsika Computers will be responsible for the replacement of the same
make and configuration.
# Bills are to be provided for the hardware parts which are replaced and the old part has to be
handed to the management.
# Bills are to be provided for the refilling of cartridges.
# Computers are to be cleaned using air blowers at least once in a month (Sundays preferred)
# All the Power, Monitor, Keyboard & Mice wires are to neatly tied with plastic flat strap locks.
# Crimping and checking the connections of Lan also includes.
#Mode of payment will in cash or cheque leaves.
#Release of payment will be for every four months in advance.
