Worship With Other Tongues

Review the central truth, the memory verse, prayer and
confessions, and read the Bible story with your child each
day. As this is done, let your child color in or put a sticker
on the power outlet located on the back of the devotional.
At the end of the week please sign as proof of completion
and return to the teacher. Children who complete 3 weeks
Power Cords in a month will have their picture posted in
the foyer of Power Source.
Speaking in tongues is for everyone.
Let us come before Him with thanksgiving. Psalm 95:2
Jesus told the disciples that the Holy Spirit would come
upon them and give them power. He told them to tell others
everywhere about Him. Then Jesus was taken up into a cloud.
The disciples waited in an upstairs room like Jesus told them to.
The Helper, the Holy Spirit, came and flled them with power
and gave them special words to say. They told many people
the good news of Jesus! Acts 1-2
God,
Thank you for flling me with your Holy Spirit. I want to
know You by reading Your Word, listening to You, going to
church, and being willing to forgive others. Thank You for
good teachers and help me to choose good friends. Help
me to obey my parents so things will go well with me and
I will live a long life on the earth. Bless Pastor Ron and his
family with strength and grace. Help me to look for ways
to bless others. Thank you that because of Jesus, I am
healed and whole.
