Hi, this is [Agent Name] calling on behalf of the Bay Area News Group.

This is not a sales call. I'm just calling to let you know that starting next Sunday we are
going to be dropping off our free product, Your Essential Shopper" filled with local
and manufacture coupons and ads that can help save you hundreds of dollars each
month.

There is no cost it is free of charge and it will come every Sunday. I just need to
verify your name and address to get it started - Okay?

Pause and let the customer respond. You need to get a clear YES or Okay.

Great! I have your name as ________. And your address as ________ is that
correct? (If name or address is incorrect - update it.)
And you live in a House not an Apartment*, right?
*Apartments are NOT eligible for the product.
Mobile Homes and Trailers are eligible. Must have the unit indicated as TRL (trailer) or SPC
(space).
Condos, Townhomes and Duplexes are only Okay if they are not in a Gated or Security
building.
If customer says they live in a Townhome, Duplex or Condominium ask:
Do you live in Gated or Secured building?
If customer says "No" they don't live in Gated or Secured Building, then
it's okay to deliver the shopper :-)
If customer says "Yes" they live in a Gated or Secured Building say:
Im sorry; I had you listed in a single family house. This is not available
to apartments, and secured Townhomes or Condos, because of
delivery restrictions. Please accept my apologies and thank you for
your time.
Great! This will start this Sunday. Thank you and have a great day!

If prospect asks what is Your Essential Shopper (or) How Big is it?
Your Essential Shopper, has a distinct value from coupons sent to you in
the mail in that it offers savings of up to 80% on local and national chain
stores. The advertisers are paying the Newspaper to deliver this only to
residents who are receptive to getting it and who want to save money on
local goods and services.

These are about the same amount of coupons and Ads that you would
get with the regular Sunday Paper.

Your Essential Shopper is delivered every Sunday. It includes hundreds
of dollars of manufacture coupons each week and Ads from local
supermarkets and stores such as: Target, Kohls, CVS, Walgreens. And it
also features news regarding the current weekly values from stores in your
area.

Only give the phone number out if the customer requests it.
