Hello everyone! Im Richard OConnell, your new Division 13
Lt. Governor! Ive been an active member of my schools Key Club
for three years now and decided to take it to the next level of
service! I plan to be at as many events as I can with your schools
or local Kiwanis! Im an average guy who likes the colour green,
plays soccer, and loves to make films. I want to attend college to
be a computer programmer. Thats a little background info on me
and I hope soon enough I can get to know as many of you Key
Clubbers as possible! I hope we have a great year together!

NBT and Goals



New Board Training this year was held at the Holiday Inn in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. This
event allowed me to meet and get to know the new board very well! It also allowed me
to learn some new strategies and ways to carry out my term with smooth well-planned
events! Communication is key, as youve heard a lot, but it is very true in running a
division well! I hope we all do great things together.

Monthly Reports
These are very important to making sure every club is
doing all they can to benefit the district! These are to be
sent to your Secretary-Treasurer, me, and District
Administrator all provided below.
Thanks for the help its greatly appreciated in making
our district the best we can.
PCM
The first PCM of the year is yet to be decided on where
its held, but I would like to have it at a coffee shop
sometime this summer! These are very important to
attend to help keep your clubs up to date on the most
recent Division 13 news!
