Court. This included a tree on the common area that was leaning over his fence. these
have been completed.

Safety: Jenny Shaffer
Absent
See notes from Jenny that were read.
*** Dennis and I spent the weekend digging up blackberry vines and hauling blackberry canes
in trash cans to the dumpsters. It was great encouragement to be outside during some nice
weather.

*** The green space seedlings up by us are growing, growing, growing. The Douglas fir have
a couple inches of bright green color. And the several that I planted behind our property are
looking great as well.

*** I've started contacting the Clackamas County Traffic Engineer in regards to the arrival of
our radar speed sign, which is expected in the next couple months, and will be placed on the
opposite side of the street in approximately the same location as the previous one on S.E. 99th.
It will be directed at south bound traffic.

*** I have not received any contacts from volunteers who are interested in helping clean up
trash along Idleman and in back of the Champagne homeowner who tried to put up a fenced area
on HOA property. I would like an amount to be approved by the board of $200 to $300 for two
to three high school boys to do the job including hauling away. I would be able to supervise if
the boys think that is necessary. If there are any other ideas from the Board, I am open to those
suggestions. As well, if there are any other locations of trash to be cleaned up, please let me
know.

John Chapman made a motion to approve up to $300 for litter clean up on Idleman and
elsewhere to be managed by Jenny. Seconded by ted. All Board Members present approved.

Eagle Landing: Nancy Hall
She said she had an email from a homeowner about parking for the Eagles Landing
development. The concern is that it may push parking into our area. She showed a new
brochure from the developer but it did not include much different.
