Fostered growth and developed community for over 100 rst-year students living in the residence hall, by providing leadership and care. Created and executed unique monthly oor events designed to enrich the identity-development of residents in relation to Chickerings seven vectors. Made rounds on weekly duty nights ensuring resident safety and security, responding to any form of distress/need of assistance, monitoring activities.
