Dear Attorney General Mills, State of Maine
C.Tech is repeatedly sending me bills for a PET-scan taken in Florida
that was completely paid for years ago by insurance. I sent one
collection agency an affidavit of no debt, and they sold the bill to another
agency. Total they claim is due is now $ 218.72, which is absurd.
Please place this complaint in your scam database and contact me if
you need additional information. I'm also notify AARP fraud network
because I believe the collectors are targeting the elderly.
