Dear <Name Here>,

The Autism Artreach project, founded by several small business owners in Frederick, is dedicated to raising
autism awareness in the community through the arts. The prevalence of autism continues to increase as it now
affects 1 in 68 children born in Frederick County. And that has community-wide implications for our schools,
health care system, social service organizations, and others. A percentage of the proceeds from this project
benefit the Arc of Frederick County, a non-profit organization that provides support services to local families
with children with disabilities.

The Autism Awareness Wall is the heart of the Autism Artreach project. The wall is composed of individually
designed tiles that community members and local businesses sponsor and design. One panel of the wall is
finished, and we only need 60 more tiles to complete the second panel of the wall, which will be unveiled on
September 5, 2014 at a reception at the Business Factory of Frederick. The wall will then be displayed at
various sites and events around the city of Frederick.

As a thriving local business in Frederick, we at Autism Artreach hope you will sponsor a tile. The Autism
Awareness Wall depends on community involvement. We count on members of the Frederick community and
businesses such as yours to participate in this project.

Sponsoring a wall tile is a great way to promote your business by having your logo printed on the tile. Individual
tiles are priced at $37.50 and discounts are available for multiple tile orders. Digital artwork and images can be
sent and tiles can be ordered online at Autism Artreachs website, www.autismartreach.com. The deadline for
ordering tiles is August 18, 2014.

On behalf of the volunteers supporting the Autism Artreach project at the Business Factory of Frederick, we
look forward to adding your tile to the Autism Awareness Wall.

Sincerely,

Peggy Richman Nancy Gardner Hargrave
