    Sub: Informing the sale of Flat A and documents required for the same from the society.

    Dear Sir,

    This is to formally bring to your kind attention that I am in the process of selling my flat A/103.
    Towards this purpose during the registration stage I will need the photocopy of the following
    documents from the society.

    1. Approved Plan
    2. Blue print photocopy
    3. Occupancy certificate
    4. Commencement certificate

    I also request you to kindly inform me after going through your records, if there are any outstanding
    or dues from my side towards the society. And if there are none whatsoever, I request you to kindly
    also arrange for a No Objection Certificate (NOC) as and when required.

    Requesting your kind co-operation with regards to the above.
