Subject: Cancellation of Agreement and Refund Process

This notice is to inform you that, as per our previous conversation


and the lack of communication from your end, a decision has
been made regarding our agreement. The following decisions
have been reached:

1. The deal between our two parties is hereby cancelled, effective


immediately.
2. The amount received from you, our customer, has already been
invested in acquiring a machine intended for provision to you.
3. As the deal has been cancelled, we are committed to refunding
your payment within 90 days from the date of cancellation,
provided that you furnish us with the necessary documentation
as required by our refund process.

We understand the inconvenience caused by this cancellation


and assure you that we will expedite the refund process to the
best of our ability. Kindly ensure that all required documentation
is submitted promptly to facilitate the refund.
