he main function of our
heart is to pump and send
oxygen to all parts of our
body.
Moreover,
one needs to
balance the
cholesterol level,
blood pressure and
exercise regularly
to have a healthy
heart.
Practicing a
healthy diet can
help to control cholesterol level
and blood pressure making the
heart works effectively. When the
heart works well, the body will
work well too.
SUGGESTION
Keeping up with daily exercise
routine.
Avoid taking processed food such
as potato chips, fried chickens with
excessive preserving powder and
jellies that usually contain colouring
and high amount of sugar.
Consume whole grains such as
bread and oatmeal.

Drink s lot of plain
water, at least 8 glasses
per day.

Put vegetables in
every meal, at least 3 to 5
servings. This will help
with the digestion system.

Take fruits as
a healthy snack to
replace chips and
other unhealthy
tidbits.
We can create awareness
among family members, students
and community about the
important to take care of our heart
and avoiding fatal diseases which
in this case is the heart failure.
