Apple has always been an excellent partner for us in the USA and in Europe. Our company
values your contribution as a very important supplier as well as the creator of many innovative
products.

Even though our iPhone sales in Europe have been successful, we are facing important sales
decreases in the USA because of Apples exclusive contract with AT&T. This fact has increased
our customers turnover rates which affects our financial performance and our long-term health.
