Laboratories
National Measurement Standard Laboratories are usually situated under the NMIs
or they may be contract laboratories. Usually National Measurement Standard Laboratories
are responsible for providing and organizing calibration
services needed by
local society.
The calibration services of the National Measurement Standard Laboratories may be
limited to calibration of the highest grade primary standards.
