12. DD in favour of WBJEEB (of amount INR 4,000/- for allotment under TFW quota, or INR 5,000/- for
allotment in Government/University seats or INR 20,000/- for allotment in Private Self-Financed
Institutes): Candidate MUST write his/her NAME, ROLL No. (WBJEEM-2014 or JEE (Main)-2014 or
both) and mobile number on the backside of the Demand Draft of Bank.
