    I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the conditions in our neighborhood. The rubbish dumped along the roadside, unmaintained playground, roads full of potholes, increasing numbers of stray cats and dogs, clogged and smelly drains, and long uncut grass have made our neighborhood unpleasant to live in.
