PN team develop an action plan to close 479 actions derivates
from the incidents reviews, audits and the top 3.
At this moment the plan
presents an advance of
70 %, the actions are
followed by the manager
staff and weekly
meetings are performed
to ensure the closure of
this activities

The action plan is expected to be complete at September 30.

Manager staff weekly walk trough on the production areas to
detect and correct work hazards.

Lock Tag Out training was provided to all maintenance technicians
( 24 ) and employees involved of the plant.

Safety certification for supervisors and line leaders was completed
on the 60% of the current supervision team.

Safety Stand Down training were provided to all plant employees
at august 18.

Hand injury prevention training on classroom and on the training
cell its provided to help new employees to detect and prevent
works hazards.

The injured employees at this year were involved on incidents related
with unsafe behaviors, 54 actions were developed during the incident
investigation.
PN team are focused on reduce the work hazards on the areas and
diminish the amount and severity of the accidents.
