SAFETY MANAGEMENT PLAN

Purpose:
To establish, implement and maintain procedure for ensuring safe
job execution, without any physical injury and property damage.
To maintain occupational health , safety and environment to
minimize all hazards.
Procedure:
 Site visit with client, Analyse job Category and plan for Safety
Measures.
 To plan to use tested Equipment, tools and tackles and Instrument.
 To plan for engaging skilled and trained workmen as per job.
 To prepare JHA, SOP according to the area hazards and nature of
job.
 Conduct safety induction training for all employees before engaging
in work.
 Following daily Work permit system as per Standard.
 Conduct Tool box meeting to communicate area hazards and job
related hazards, its precaution, near miss, any safety guideline/
circular etc.
 Check PPE’s Compliance according to job.
 To do daily site safety observation, logging in register and comply it.
 To do weekly safety audit.
 To review safety performance according to sites, violations, Concern
point, Grievance/feedback of employees etc, in safety review meeting
and Communicate the decision through different medium(Safety
mass meeting, Tool Box meeting etc).
 Conducting safety mass meeting, safety quiz competition etc for
safety awareness of employees as per monthly safety plan and
recognize and rewarded them for encouraging to continue safe
behaviour at workplace.

 To arrange trainings (internal and external) on safety standard, job
specific etc. for employees as per training calendar, site requirement
and Competency level.

 To do safety line walk by Managing Partner along with Client to


maintain safety standard at site and interface with employees for
better communication in scene of safety.
 To plan for safety mock drill with the help of OHS&E committee for
workmen awareness and respond during emergency situation.
 To apply disciplinary action on violator according to disciplinary
policy for repeated violation.
