paid research internship. The R.O.S.E. Program stands for research, observation, service, and education. The
program is very competitive and allows students to gain experience in both research and medical settings as
well as providing service opportunities.

The Ivy Chain recognizes outstanding junior women at the University of Cincinnati. The chosen women wear
white robes and carry an ivy chain while leading the processional at the graduation ceremony signifying the
connection between the graduating seniors and the junior class.
First Lady Helen Lemieux Fellowship, Shriners Hospital May 2013- Present
Awarded the fellowship as an undergraduate research assistant. The grant was a $1500 fellowship to continue
my research throughout the summer. This award also named me as a fellow at Shriners Hospital in Cincinnati.
