This document proposes the design of a bus ticket booking information system using SMS gateway services for the Bintang Prima bus company representative in Palopo. The system aims to simplify the ticket booking process for customers by allowing them to book and purchase tickets via SMS without having to visit the ticket office in person. It is proposed that the system will use SMS gateway technology to enable customers to inquire about ticket availability and details, select tickets, and receive booking confirmations via SMS on their mobile phones. The design of the SMS-based system aims to improve the quality of service for customers and help the bus company keep up with advances in technology.
