Transportation by private bus,
arrive at Prague at around 18:00.
Students will be dismissed from
school upon arrival. If you wish,
please meet your son/daughter at
ISP. Arrival time may change due
to traffic. We will contact you
should the bus arrive more than 30
minutes late.

The students will be very busy and we ask that you not call the hotel or
the chaperons directly. The chaperons will regularly be calling Mrs.
Malinova to check in.

What to Bring:
LUNCH for 1
st
day
Clothes for 4 days, plan for sunshine and rain, so bring clothes than get
muddy, also it can be chilly at night, so bring some warm clothes as well
Jacket or fleece
Rain coat
2 Pairs of shoes, maybe some old ones that can get dirty, second pair should be
for sport
Toiletries (toothbrush, tooth paste, comb/brush, deodorant, etc)
Required medication in a separate bag with instructions and dosages clearly
marked
Sunscreen, hat
Water bottle
Approx. 500 CZK for snacks

14:00-17:30 Meeting the kids introduction, pairing up, plan
of activities

Thursday, 4 September

09:00-16:00 Trip to Kutna Hora students will visit major
historical and architectural sites, GASK modern
gallery
Lunch will be served en route

16:00 Bonfire preparation, downtime

19:00-21:00 Bonfire with kids
