Assessor Training Programme 3 Day
Overview
The Assessor Training Programme is aligned to SAQA Unit Standard 115753, Conduct outcomes-based assessment and
ENJO Consultants are accredited with the ETDP SETA to train this programme. This training programme is ideal for
those who wish to learn the methods of assessing an outcomes-based learning programme and for those wishing to
improve their assessment skills. This programme equips learners with the necessary knowledge and skill to make
effective judgements on a person's competency by means of assessments. Learners will also gain an understanding of
the different ways to obtain and assess evidence allowing the learner to conduct assessments in a fair and valid
manner in their field of expertise.

Those wishing to attend a SETA accredited training programme on assessing
Training & Assessment
Training is a facilitator-led, classroom based training programme and conducted over three (3) days. Various training
methods are employed to ensure the best facilitation possible to contribute to the successful completion of the
programme. Learners are continuously assessed throughout the programme by means of theoretical and practical
applications.
In addition to assessments in class, learners will also be required to complete a portfolio of evidence and will be
granted eight (8) weeks to do so. Learners will receive a toolkit to assist them in the completion of the portfolio of
evidence. Guidance and support is given for the building of a portfolio of evidence (PoE). ENJO Consultants are
committed to the success of their learners.
Certificate/Statement of Results
A certificate of attendance is issued to learners if they have been found competent by ENJO Consultants. The results
are verified by the ETDP SETA, who issues a statement of results which is then uploaded to the National Learner
Record Database by the ETDP SETA once the learners has been found competent by the SETA verifier.

Venue
Training as per our public training schedule is presented at one of a number of guest houses in Lyttelton, Centurion.
Training can also be presented at various training venues throughout South Africa or can be presented at the client
site depending on the number of students to be trained and the suitability of the venue.
