Science Procedure

1. Crack egg and separate egg whites from yolk using the shells.
2. Put yolk into beaker and break yolk by stirring with the glass stirring rod.
3. Using the pipette, pipe 1ml of detergent into the beaker with yolk.
4. Stir for 10sec, every 50sec, for min.
5. Using the graduated cylinder slowly add 14ml of isopropyl alcohol to the
mixture.
6. Wait for 10min.
7. Take metal lope to take DNA off the top layer and put into the coffee
filter.
