Linking the table level data for the 3 Dashboard KPIs
(Meter Guage) :
;e have created the three gage charts to cover or three !ollowing 7PIs as 5<-% =-'T<$>,

-s the straight table we have created is containing the two !ields 5<-%=-'T<$ and
%EP-$T?$E PE$=<$& will is not covering or third !ield so we do edit the straight table to get
the third !ield. Go to the properties o! the straight table -@goto the e)pression tab -@edit the
previos e)pression as -irtime>

Its time to connect this straight table with the gage chart so-@ goto the sheet where gage
chart is -@goto the properties o! the gage chart. ;e are going to add an action which ta#e s
to the sheet where the straight table is present. Go to the -ction tab-@hit the -dd btton
-@Select the action -ctivate Sheet and give the id o! the $eport sheet which is SHEreport.

-!ter clic# on the gage chart the $eport sheet will appear whose Id is SHEreport on which the
straight table e)ists.

Go to the properties o! the Straight Table -@Presentation tab, here the option available is

Pivot Table
- pivot table is a data smmariJation tool !ond in data visaliJation programs sch as
spreadsheets or bsiness intelligence so!tware. -mong other !nctions, a pivot-table can
atomaticall* sort, cont, total or give the average o! the data stored in one table or
spreadsheet. It displa*s the reslts in a second table 8called a Kpivot tableK9 showing the
smmariJed data. Pivot tables are also se!l !or Lic#l* creating nweighted cross
tablations. The ser sets p and changes the smmar*Ms strctre b* dragging and dropping
!ields graphicall*. This rotate the vales dimensionall* as in the *earl* or monthl*.
Go to the new sheet ob2ect-@charts-@pivot table.
;e now have to create a table that shows enplaned passengers and departres per!ormed
across the 'arrier Grop, -irline, Near and &onth dimensions. This table shold show totals !or
each
*ear, and sbtotals !or each carrier grop.

- radar chart is a graphical method o! displa*ing mltivariate data in the !orm o! a two-
dimensional chart o! three or more Lantitative variables represented on a)es starting !rom the
same point. The relative position and angle o! the a)es is t*picall* nin!ormative.
The $adar 'hart can be sed to depict in!ormation that is c*clical in natre. =or Here we create
the radar chart which illstrates the nmber o! enplaned passengers per month. In this
e)ample *o can clearl* see that travel increases dring the smmer months.

Trellis Chart +
In the $adar chart a option is available which will split the chart according to members
available in the chart. To per!orm this come to the %imensions tab then clic# on the Trellis
option.

Sppose we have to compare the transported passenger *ear wise across a particlar =light
T*pe. To do this right clic# on the chart and select PSet $e!erenceQ.
This is the record showing o! the *ear 0..4 then b* appl*ing set re!erence the points will be
recorded. -nd when we see the sm o! transported passengers in *ear 0./. we can clearl* see
the di!!erent with respect to the sm o! transported passengers in 0..4. 3ow select the *ear
