Key Points of ADVIA Centaur Immunoassay System Proposal

 Proposal of ADVIA Centaur Immunoassay System – Rental Placement.

 Prices of kits and consumables are as per Annexure-II.

 Workload – Against guaranteed minimum purchase of reagents worth

Rs. 4, 00,000.00 or more per month in any combination for a period of 5 years.
(With an increase of 10% every year).

 Reagents and Consumables will be supplied through our distributor in your

area.

 Taxes & Octroi Duty, as applicable, will be charged extra at the time of supply.

 Instrument will be maintained by Siemens HealthCare Diagnostics Ltd. during

the tenure of the contract.

 An Agreement with full details and terms & conditions on a Stamp Paper will
have to be executed to formalize the contract.
