Centre for Assessment are recruiting a Certification Executive to manage, organise and make arrangements for our clients to be assessed and certified against a number of different industry quality standards. To be based in Manchester City Centre.
The duties of the job include:
To manage and process applications for assessments and liaise with clients. Ensuring arrangements for all assessments/audits are made, clients are notified and all documentation is sent and received in a timely manner. Ensuring all assessment processes and procedures are adhered to. To liaise with Internal/external assessors/auditors and clients to confirm assessment dates and any other information relating to the assessment. To ensure all documentation relating to all assessments is received, panels are organised and certificates are produced accurately and within correct timelines. To ensure all documentation is recorded and saved correctly. Ensuring database is accurately updated as per process for leads, quotes and for all stages of assessments/audits. Communicating with clients on progress of panels and certificates. Producing and submitting accurate management information for stakeholders as required.
We would like to hear from you if you have/are:
A minimum of 12month experience within a customer service role. Excellent communication skills. High level written, oral communication and presentation skills. A self starter and able to manage and prioritize workload. The ability to follow instructions where required The ability to work under pressure. The ability to work to timescales The ability to input data and produce documents accurately. Educated to A level or equivalent. A good understanding of working with businesses. A working knowledge of IT applications, particularly MS Office (word, excel, PowerPoint & SharePoint) and databases.
