Killeen Police arrested two Killeen teenagers for burglarizing an apartment in the 2800 block of
Cantabrian Dr. on Thanksgiving Day.

Officers responded to a 911 call on November 26, 2009 at approximately 12:30pm, advising that
two black males had broken into an apartment in the 2800 block of Cantabrian and were seen
taking a large flat panel television out of the back door and ran towards Barcelona. The witness
gave a description of the suspects to the officers; as the officers were checking the area they
located an empty apartment in the 3300 block of Barcelona with several items inside that
belonged to the victim. These items were recovered and returned to the owners.

During the investigation the two suspects were identified and this case was reviewed by the Bell
County District Attorney’s Office and a complaint was returned charging 18 year old Leroy
Samuel Anderson and 17 year old Tevin Daquan McIntyre with Burglary of a Habitation.
Justice of the Peace Bill Cooke issued warrants for their arrests.

On December 10, 2009, LeRoy Anderson was arrested without incident and on December 11,
2009, Tevin McIntyre was arrested without incident. They are currently in the Bell County Jail.
