Hillary Clinton is Not Immune to Parking Ticket

While at a ceremony in the British capital to collect an award for her diplomatic
service last weekend, former First Lady and Secretary of State Hillary Clinton
was slapped with a ticket after her security detail parked her limo near the
event but failed to pay the required fee for the spot.

The transgression resulted in a fine that roughly equaled $125 dollars.
Clintons Secret Service agents reportedly argued with the traffic official, but
seemingly to no avail.

Clinton is not the first American diplomat to rankle British authorities with
regards to traffic violations. Earlier this summer, British Foreign Secretary
William Hague said the U.S. Embassy had yet to pay 63,000 congestion
fines; however, American officials say diplomatic immunity shields them
from the charges.
