    The following major issues have come to come to our notice:


    1) the water usage in our apartment has reached very high level and is
    compounded by the fact that our borewell is not providing us with the usual
    quantity of water as it did earlier
    2) All residents do not seem to adhere to the BB! mandated garbage
    separation guidelines
    Both these issues have a financial impact and hence the committee has decided on
    the following:
    "or issue 1: The committee has decided to implement a series of water saving
    techniques# beginning with an awareness campaign of the financial impact by visiting
    all members floor wise and ensuring the identification of lea$ages % sources of water
    losses in the common area and all individual apartments by hiring a plumber on a
    one time basis to identify the sources
