Nick Cave has a medium
close up of his face against
a white background and
his shadow looming to the
left. Giving an assertive
presence.

His hair does not cover his face, the facial
gesture is of a stern, gaunt nature, dressed
in an open necked suit, to give the
impression of a smart and clean individual
Monochrome colours via the
glasses in light shade of red, the
logo is red as the usual standard
issue.

The language is simple and
effective, often in threes or twos.
Emphasised by full stops
The fonts are bold and sans serif for
all text in the magazine.

DPS

Less is more approach to the FC by
letting the readers curiosity take
this copy to the checkout. As
visually there isnt too much is
going on that would distract the
reader from the important bits.

This is clearly in the midst of the
main body of the text, as of how
much content there is to examine.
However all of it has been clearly
structured to make it easier to read.
With almost clear cut columns with
and the exceptions of the extracts in
the middle and books.
Small use of profile picture at the
end of the paragraph with options
for further reading or options on
linking to online websites.
Three images slightly overlapping,
yet are not constricting the view of
the main focus of the photos. By
giving them a white boarder to help
avoid conflicting colours, almost
gives the man appearance of printed
photographs.

Folio is in the middle of the edge,
not the corner.
