Abstract : This paper Re-defines the idea of Marketing in the
Theory of Marketing.

Introduction : Maggu (2005) Redefined the idea of Marketing.
This paper in the changing scenario where more
and more challenges are confronting producers on
account of increasing voting power of customers,
considers the value based philosophy to re-
redefine Maggus idea/concept in 2005, as follows:

Marketing is a process of converting people into customers with
a study of peoples behavior towards their demand for existing
products, services and solutions and knowing or creating their
future demand for new products, new services and new solutions
