Project 3: Poster

Assignment Description
For this project, you will work in teams to create and present a professional poster. The poster
needs to present your responses to the following questions:
What is MSE?
What are some concrete EXAMPLES that illustrate your definition of MSE? (Use topics from
2014/2044)
How will MSE help your aspirations for the future?

You will be graded on content, organization, design, and creativity. You will also be presenting
your poster on the last day of class at a poster session, and you will be expected to present your
poster and answer questions that guests and classmates may have for you.
Understand that there is not one right answer for how to define MSE and its mission. This
project is about you explaining what MSE means to you and why it matters. You are being
asked to show examples of your understanding of what MSE is.
Make sure to cite sources for graphics and other information that you integrate into your
poster. Check Scholar for examples of previous student posters.
