Observation REPORT
(You may paste pictures of the Board displays here)
As I go, I see that there are many board displays to be discovered. I
spotted around two to three board displays in several places, including
outside the clinic, the Admin Office, and the Guidance Office. When the
position of these board displays was examined, it was discovered that
they were at an ideal location where students could readily observe them.
Carolina with various designs and boarders are used to make the boards.
I can see they put a lot of work into their bulletin boards since the postings
are legible and there are no typographical problems or language
discrepancies. Furthermore, the school makes use of board displays to
simply tell pupils on what they need to know. These bulletin boards
facilitated information distribution since pupils are more drawn to what is
placed on the walls. Laying out these boards creatively is also vital for
visually stimulating kids as they acquire important information that these
displays attempt to impart.
From among the board displays that you saw, pick the one that you got
most interested in. Evaluate it using the evaluation form below.

Recommendations or
Suggestions for
Improvement: As far as the school is concerned, and promoting their
good, they need to improve this bulletin board in a way that students,
teachers, and even the general public could notice it right away and
realize those things that this school could provide. They need to add
colors, design, a theme, and a well-balanced display.
ANALYZE
2. Did the board display design reflect the likes/interests of its target
audience? Why? Why not?
I believe the board's general theme reflects the target audience's
interests. nonetheless, the board is not organized systematically. board
displays need to be visually appealing.
3. Was the language used clear and simple for the target audience to
understand? Why? Why not?
English is utilized as the language. As labels for the material
submitted, it employs straightforward language. The typeface must be
large enough to read from a distance.
Rationale:
(Purpose)
The goal of my proposed board display is to inform teachers,
students, and visitors about matters related to schools and to provide
them with ideas for something that is unfamiliar to them. I would like to
post an educational side of the board that could portray the "positive side
of the school and the joy in learning."
Objectives:
To provide the information necessary for instructors, students, and
visitors to the school on accomplishments of the institution, forthcoming
events, and an educational aspect of learning
REFLECT
1. Name at least five skills that a teacher should have to be able to come
up with effective board displays. Elaborate on why each skills is
needed.
Grammar Skill - A teacher should be proficient in grammar.
The bulletin board will be exhibited to a variety of audiences,
and they must perform admirably in terms of spelling and word
association.
Creative and Visualization Skills- Creativity should be instilled
in teachers in order to have strong layout designs and provide a
more appealing board to all types of audiences. Furthermore,
s/he should be able to imagine things by balancing all of her
perspectives and applying it in an interesting fashion to her/his
board.
Organizing Ability- even if the instructor has creative and
visualizing abilities, s/he must organize her/his content in a way
that leads to a more balanced presentation for the audience.
Communication Ability - A teacher should be well-versed in
communication; however, they must also utilize this talent while
making a board, because presenting things on this board
conveys a message, and this type of act is a form of
communication.
Minimalistic Ability- We should not spend so much money on
anything expensive. A teacher should understand how to locate
resources on a budget. This is to teach pupils that it is not
necessary to spend excessive amounts of money in order to
attain one's moral goals.
2. Which of the skills you named in #1 do you already have? Recall your
past experiences in making board displays. How do you practice these
skills?
3. Which skills do you still need to develop? What concrete steps will you
take on how you can improve on or acquire these skills.
I am not confident in my Grammar and Communication Skills; I
believe I need to improve on this via reading and returning to my
previous classes. The minimalism instinct is another. I am not the
average person who can just extract anything from a site and use it. If I
need to spend money on a project, I'll do everything I can to complete
it without even considering alternatives. In order for me to construct
anything like this, I need to acquire some ideas from the internet and
ask my seniors how to accomplish it.
