My favorite restaurant is Punta Sal. Its at 376 El Golf

Los Incas Ave. in La Molina. The service is great and

the food is very delicious. On the menus they have Tiger

Milk, Milk Piura tiger, panther milk, Appetizers, Conchas the

bloody mary, flower yellow potatoes, Capresse chef,

octopus in olive, parmesan shells and etc. My favorite dish

is ceviche. To prepare ceviche, you need fresh fish, corn,

limo peppers, lemons, potatoes, onion, minced garlic,

lettuce and etc. It tastes very, very good and spicy and

acid. I eat ceviche for lunch in the afternoon.
