Our greatest strength is our highly skilled and
committed workforce of more than 46,000 employees.
About 72% of the total power generated in India is
produced by equipment manufactured by BHEL.
BHEL Haridwar plant has manufactured and supplied
around 250 steam turbines sets of different ratings of
100 / 195 / 200 / 210 / 250 & 500 MW to different power
stations in the country, which forms the backbone of
Indias power infrastructure.
The company has also introduced new rating Thermal
sets of 270 / 300 / 525 & 600 MW in subcritical range.
The company has proven turnkey capabilities for
executing Power projects right from the concept to
commissioning.
We have a Technical Collaboration Agreement with
Siemens for Steam Turbine.
