Method I : Using Diskpart

First we will try to remove read only attribute from the specific drive.
Warning : Be sure to do this on the right disk since the diskpart command can do
serious damage if you run it on the wrong disk.
1) Start Menu - !un"or in search bo#) - $ype %cmd% - press %&nter% -
'ommand (romt will open
)) $ype %Diskpart% - enter - %list disk% - enter
*) Select the disk you are going to modify+ if your re,uired -SB disk is in %disk .%
then
.) type %select disk 4% - enter + now disk . is selected+ %list disk% will show star"/)
beside it
0) %list disk% - enter
$o 'lear the !ead-1nly attribute on the selected disk "$o 2isable write protection)3
4) $ype %attributes disk clear readonly% - enter
$he disk is no longer 5rite protected. $he !ead-1nly attribute is removed.
6f you wish to set the write protection again+ 7ust do the same procedure and
$ype %attributes disk set readonly% - enter
5hen you are done modifying the disk attributes 7ust issue the e#it command
8) $ype %exit% - enter
6f files inside -SB drive are still in read only mode
-open command prompt
-$ype % j: % - enter "put your drive label in place of %7% )
- $ype % attrib -r /s /d ! % - enter
- exit
