Please note: The clocking device has its own memory. When the memory reaches its full capacity, the reader will not accept any more clocks.
You will need to save the current clocks and then delete to free up the device's memory.
You can check the device memory status through the software. Click on Device Management & ZK Devices to open the below screen:
WHY CAN I NOT CONNECT TO OR IMPORT "CLOCKS" FROM THE READERS?
Is there power to the Clocking Device, is it turned on?
Is the your Network Cable pugged into both the device & your PC?
Is there fault in the Network Cable, has it been cut?
