Task 4B

The sub-genre I will use for my magazine is hip-hop/rap. This is because is the one of the
most famous genres thus making my magazine gain a larger audience. The magazine I have
chosen is vibe this is because it is the same sub-genre as I intend for my magazine. It is also
very big this means that it has a large audience and a large number of sales. This is one of
the main reasons why I have chosen to use this sub-genre. The style is also one which I like
making it the one I have chosen. Spin media are the company that publishers Vibe
magazine. Spin Media (formerly Buzz Media) is a digital publisher in the U.S which owns a number
of pop culture websites. I think this publisher will be suitable for my magazine as it has published the
same type of genre as my music magazine making it have a lot of experience in the genre of my
magazine.
