    Dear Sir,
    Our son Ishraq Hasan is appearing at the test examination for this year from the school. He has been
    suffering from anxiety and depression since last two months. He is currently under medical treatment and
    left for an easy adaptable environment. From the guardian side at this stage we are unable to take strict
    care for his study during the period of examination. We are somewhat anxious whether he can
    successfully complete the test examination.
    Under these circumstances we would like to request you to review his examination test result if necessary
    so that he can appear at his final examination.
