I am PAIDA M. SANDAG, 25years old and a resident of Lakiki, Sibuco, Zamboanga del Norte. I finished
and conferred the degree of Bachelor of Arts Major in Political Science at Western Mindanao State
University, Zamboanga City, last June 28, 2021. Also, I earned my Professional Education Certificate (18
Units) at Dipolog Medical Center College Foundation Inc. I successfully took and passed the Licensure
Examination for Teachers (LET) given last September 24,2023 at Zamboanga City. During my PEC days, I
undergone practice teaching program which trained me to be efficient and effective teacher.

I had an experience in practice teaching at Integrated Laboratory School-Western Mindanao State

'University (ILS-WMSU), Zamboanga City at Baliwasan Central School, Zamboanga City. I have also an
experience of being a Visiting Lecturer at Jose Rizal Memorial State University- SESU, and experienced as
a substitute teacher at different school. Managing different abilities and different problems of my
students, proved a difficult but gratifying challenge. In fact, I learned classroom management technique,
ability to take accountability for the progress of students, as well as planning and preparing and
presenting lesson that cater for the needs of a whole class. I love teaching students with all my heart.

I am confident that I will be able to contribute my experienced, skills, and teaching style and
methodologies effectively and efficiency to your school.
