LABORATORY INTERNAL NOTE

NOTE NO. LIN-01

SUBJECT: SAMPLING & RECORDING

Sampling shall be made according to standard method for sampling and adequate quantity of
sample be taken according to requirements for testing. At this stage entries must be made at:

Sample Record Card, and

Sample Register

When tests are completed all results shall be entered in the respective Register that
corresponds to a particular section of the road.
The action is to be taken on a daily basis and should be closed at the end of the day.
