Topic : YOU ARE PART OF CONTROLLING UNLIKELY INCEDENT

Normally, when something unlikely happened or when someone is hurt or badly
injured, that is the time we remember how important performing the job safely.
We are keeping you vigilant in controlling such unlikely event to happen in this
project because you are a part of this project.
Here are some reasons why you are part of controlling unlikely incident:
a.

b.

You yourself have shared responsibility for safety of others. If you

noticed that someone is working in an unsafe manner, let that
person be reminded. Never gamble your life or your co worker to
be injured one day.
If you see an accident, make a mental note of everything that
occurred and the conditions which existed before the accident
happened. Keep your response in mind like where are you and
others when accident occurred, what you are doing, what
equipment or tools were involved, where was the injured person
and what work he is being performed, what was the consequences
of that unlikely event and so on. However, some workers
mistakenly believed that accident investigation will be used to put
the blame unto someone. Thus, they are refusing to cooperate. This
belief is wrong. If you keep or changed the information (to protect
someone), how can he accurately determine the cause and help
prevent the same thing from reoccurrence? So when you asked by
an accident investigator, give the facts to the best you can.

Safety does not put to blame unto someone but rather controlling the accident and
damage to property to happen or reoccurred.
REMINDER: AVOID GETTING THE SHOCK OF YOUR LIFE
