As an international organisation, UTZ Certified has expanded rapidly over the past few years. The
organic nature of this growth has resulted in a need for centralisation with respect to translation
work. So they headed to Concorde, where flexibility and sustainability are combined to create

The solution
A dedicated account and project management team
was specifically created for UTZ Certified; this team
allocates each and every translation job to a set of regular
translators. A central translation memory and a terminology
list were also developed in collaboration with UTZ Certified.
In order to further streamline the delivery of work, an
@concorde.nl email address was set up for UTZ Certified
so that the companys personnel could easily submit

Another requirement was that translations could be
invoiced separately per department on UTZ Certifieds
side. Concordes standard invoicing model was therefore
modified so that each invoice could be equipped with a
departmental reference for UTZ Certified.
Finally, the UTZ Certified personnel were able to spend
a day at the Concorde offices to see how translation
software is used. This mutual understanding of company
processes improves the translation procedure overall.
