Job Summary : Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to
inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services
Job Activities:

Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges

Advise on company information

Take payment information and other pertinent information such as addresses and
phone numbers

Work with customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being
delivered

Close out or open call records

Compile reports on overall customer satisfaction

Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries

Perform customer verifications

Organize workflow to meet customer timeframes

Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource

Keep records of customer interactions and transactions

Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints

Manage administration

Follow up on customer interactions

Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process

Working Conditions:

Own cubicle space

Equipped with a telephone, headset, and computer

Timings: 8AM-4PM

Cafeteria

2 coffee and 1 lunch breaks included

5 day week

Job Specifications
Qualification:

High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent

Age bracket: 20-30 years

Experience in the relevant field will be an added advantage
