Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic individual who comes with prior
experience in working in start-ups specially EdTech’s that understands the need of
high performance delivery to meet the set targets that aim towards ensuring overall
success of the product and the delivery team.

Responsibilities

Manage end to end operations of the delivery team, from launch of the batch to its
progress to its completion.
Achieve pre-defined key metrics in NPS, Course Completion Rate, Live Session
Ratings
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of the
course and it’s curriculum
Handle grievance management, student escalations and retention of students
Collaborate with different teams within the Delivery team like Customer Success
Associates, Academic Mentors, Tutors, Subject Matter Experts (Part time and Full
time)
Ensure Live Session delivery is executed over the weekends as per requirements
Ensure overall success of the delivery team in achieving the metrics that ensure
success of the students
Stakeholder management
Manage a team of associates to ensure smooth day to day operations within the
delivery team including onboarding, live sessions, content consumption, etc.
Create weekly reports of the progress of the delivery team.
Should be able to work under minimal supervision
Requirements

2-3 years prior experience in Operational Delivery (Edtech preferred)


Grievance management skills (Handling escalations, retaining students)
Graduate (Post Graduates - Optional)
Excellent proficiency in MS Office
Operational knowledge of Slack and Zoom
Good presentation skills enough to conduct and host program launches without
supervision
Should have their own laptop and good internet connection
Excellent communication skills

9 hour shift between 10 AM to 10 PM IST
5 day work week (Weekends working and Weekdays Off)

Roles and Responsibilities

Initiate telephone calls to insurance companies requesting status of claims for the
outstanding balances on patient accounts and taking appropriate actions.
Manage A/R accounts by ensuring accurate and timely follow-up.
Understand the client requirements and specifications of the project
Ensure that the deliverable to the client adhere to the quality standards.
Must be spontaneous and have high energy level.
Minimum 6 months work experience as an AR Caller in Revenue Cycle Management
Process
A brief understanding on the entire Medical Billing Cycle.
Must possess good communication skill with neutral accent.
Must be flexible and should have a positive attitude towards work.
