Job Description:

We are looking for an HR Recruiter to manage our full cycle recruitment,


from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates. HR
Recruiter responsibilities include sourcing candidates face to face & online, updating
job ads on platform, job portals and conducting background checks. If you have
experience with various job interview formats, including phone screenings and group
interviews can help our organisation to recruit faster and more effectively. Ultimately,
you will play an important role in building a strong employer brand for our company
to ensure we attract, hire and retain the most qualified employees to our client
companies based on their requirements.

Roles and Responsibilities:

 Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs


 Participate in job fairs, host in-house recruitment and Campus Drives for bulk
hiring based on client requirement
 Can work on flexible schedules (Rotation Shifts)
 Ability to conduct technical interviews and skills assessment
 Must have knowledge in web development technologies for Technical
Background candidates, End to End Recruitment Process in BPO Hiring, IT
Hiring, Logistics, Ecommerce, Edu-Tech knowledge
 With excellent English communication skills both verbal and written
 Screen incoming resumes and application forms
 Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person)
 Can function efficiently and effectively even with less supervision
 Designing and updating job descriptions
 Sourcing potential candidates from various online channels (social media,
Naukri, Monster, Job Portals, LinkedIn professional) in sectors of Banking,
Education (Schools and Colleges), Hospitals, Logistics, e-Commerce, IT
(Developer & all positions), Hotels, sales & Marketing.
 Drafting recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
 Onboarding, Payroll Management, Back Ground Checks, Relieving and
Settlement
 Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
 Prepare and distribute assignments and numerical, language and logical
reasoning tests
 Advertise job openings on company’s careers page, social media, job boards
and internally
 Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers and also analyse
that candidate is fake or genuine
 Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits
and keep status updating the postings and day to day status of candidate
profile from portal
 Conduct job fairs, On/Off Campus/ Pool Campus Drives with in your state or
as per organisation needs.
 To work for collaboration with local colleges UG, PG and follow-up the
colleges about available jobs across PAN India.
 Knowledge on labour policies, ESI, PF (MBA Candidates Only).
 English + Hindi(optional) + Local Language (Good Writing Skills)
 If required, need to meet clients (applicable for candidates working from
Metropolitan Cities in India)
 Good knowledge in MS office (MS Word, Excel, Power Point), Google
workspace Applications
Candidate must and should have their own Laptop – Mandatory

Note:

 Candidates with B. Tech (CSE/ECE) + MBA will be eligible as Technical


Recruiter for IT Hiring.
 Candidates with B. Tech (CSE/ECE) + M. Tech (VLSI only) will be eligible as
Technical Recruiter for VLSI/ Semiconductor based Hiring.
 Candidates with B. Pharm + M. Pharm or MBA will be eligible as Technical
Recruiter for Pharmaceutical Hiring.
 Candidates with Certification in AI & ML, Java Full Stack, Python, Physical
Design and Verification, Testing Tools will give preference for Technical
Recruiter.
Free Internships – candidate will be onboard as employee based on work
performance after completion of internship period of 3 months
