AVASOFT is looking for Financial Accountant with an attitude - straight as an arrow, emphasizing
accuracy and detail oriented with endless curiousness to explore.

Requirements

 Good knowledge of Accounting Process

 Good spreadsheets skills and a good knowledge of Microsoft Excel/ email writing.
 Clear understanding of the taxation relevant for the AP processing TDS, GST etc
 Good knowledge of Tally
 Maintain strict confidence of financial data
 Ability to work under stretched timelines and willing ness to grow

Responsibilities

 Prepare general ledger account reconciliation and analysis for the assigned GL accounts, verify
data for completeness and accuracy, and resolve account discrepancies on a timely basis including
Provisioning/ Prepaid
 Assist in streamlining and improving the accounts payable process
 Month end closing entries and schedules
 Bank reconciliations & Fixed Assets accounting
 Processing of Employee related payments, assisting in payrolls
 Coordination with vendors and internal team

Employment Details

• For candidates who have been selected in the final interview will be provided with offer letters
• The candidates who accept the offer will go through an internship for a period of 3 months.
• The internship is expected to start immediately and will be full time during this period.
• The interns will be provided a stipend of INR 10,000 per month during the internship.
• The interns will start their full-time employment post their internship receiving the salary
package of 4 LPA.
• The candidates will be having the probation period of 1 year from their date of joining.
