 Auditing 150 samples per day for all regions for UK for billing & disputes .
 Extracting the callout details from SAP (callouts and repairs)
 Check for the type of contracts already setup for the respective callout
 Validate the callouts as per the agreed contracts with the customers
 Invoice the callout in case it does not get covered in the contract
 Addressing customer dispute related to invoice processing and work towards providing the faster
 resolution
 Processing credit and re-bill in case of customer disputes, with proper approvals from the respective ASM
 and Operations manager
 Prepare and present analytical reports.
 Provide support to internal team, ensuring all SLA met.
 Extracting the reports for the repairs (small repairs and maintenance) carried out and completed on the previous
day & also Validate the repairs and invoice & Attending weekly calls with ASM (Area Service manager) to clear the
open items for both the call outs

 Following up for the misapplied cash with customer so that payment can be apply corrected as remittance advise

Benefit Administration (Health care)

Acting as an interface between the Client and the carriers (providers) for the benefit plans and maintaining the basic
employee data (HRB) with the benefit plans for the Human Resource Connections (HRC).Client engagements are technical in
nature and typically involve data gathering from various sources, data editing, verification and logical database creation to
see the data flow is accurate and the deductions are sent as per the Employee enrollment according to the US benefit Plans.

• Implementing the payroll files and Carrier files like ADP FSA,ADP COBRA, VSP,Aetna, Cigna and other carrier files in
WFN product(Tool).
• Analyzing the requirement and maintenance of the data in the EC tools (Web based application) through coding
done by the Technical members in US and finding out whether the data is flowing as per the requirement.
• Data analysis for active and retirees. Process basically includes checking for Data consistency, updating certain
employee fields to reflect current year’s details and to send data accurately to the carrier and also Benefit plan
administration for Defined Benefit Plans as per the open enrollment from the providers.
• Ensuring that the Service Delivery terms are met with quick Turnaround Time & Accuracy to the DCS Project
Managers for parallel testing and/or live processing.
• Help the new associates to get accustomed to the process and adhere to the standards.
• Provide regular updates to the team with new learning / procedures.
• Working on power point and excel presentations and played a major role to develop Strategic plan for next 5 years.
• Preparing presentations on a monthly basis to Senior Leadership Team explaining drivers causing variance for
Month over Month (MOM) Forecast, Actual vs Budget.
