NOTICE: PERSONAL CRIMINAL LIABILITY & REMEDIATION DEMAND

Please take some time to acquaint yourselves with the situation which I hereby NOTIFY you of.
One year ago today, I was fraudulently mislead into attending what I was lead to believe was a
permanent (one year) relocation employment contract with your subsidiary, BBASJV (Balfour
Beatty Rail Malaysias Malaysian Double Tack Electrification Scheme project, which is a joint
venture with Ansaldo Systems). I actually received and returned three of the utterances. With it now
self evident that all of these having been uttered in fraud and void ab initio, that makes that three sets
of duplicate sets of crimes against me, the Malaysian visa, work permit and tax authoritiesbefore I
even signed and returned that last of them.
You would be advised to pay careful attention to my report and understand that the criminality did not
remain compartmentalized and deniable within a far off subsidiary which I went to great pains to
allow, due to your own BBplcs executives incompetent and criminally malfeasant actions. Mike
Fleming and Andrew McNaughton didnt act as in accordance with their promises, or the civil and
criminal statutes, thus rendering them complicit in, not only the crimes which I made clear were
happeningwhich are expanded upon in my report to them, whilst certainly not exclusive to them,
but in leading the following cover up. In Flemmings case, the utter moron has notified me of his
intentions to confirm that the allegations are untrue; hes admitted the criminal offence of Tipping
Off with regards the alleged criminals; did not act to remediate my immediate financial hardship;
then incredibly, he seems to threaten me not to tell anyone due to some notion that it wont be in my
interests with regards what he terms a lawful settlement. All of this, beyond reasonable doubt, from
his email, in no uncertain, criminal terms.
I can assure you that prior to my acquaintance with your organisation, I hadnt known that it was so
incredibly and openly corrupt. Having looked into things, I am left with no doubt that not only is
BBplc a totally criminally run organisation, but, it is clear that from top to bottom, the staff,
directors and their conspiring associates, act against the BBY shareholders, who they in fact prey
upon. The company is being run into the ground to finance the bribes of those driving the frauds.
I dont tolerate bullying of any kind, more so when the victims are unable to defend themselves, and
it always amazes me when people think that when theyre in a big group, that they might do well to
attempt this cowardly tactic on me. It literally beggars belief. In objective terms, it telegraphs a total

lack of any intelligence and higher order thinking ability, a lack of any thought of where calling my
bluff might escalate, and, makes me determined to teach the miscreants a lesson that they wont
forget.
I was left without anything I was entitled to under the auspices of that which had been presented as
being our contract. Therefore with zero notice, everything, including accommodation, car, petrol
card, explanation*, or any compensation. One month is expressed on the utterances, which aligns
with the minimum in MalayLaw. *Graham Donalds blubbing and whimpering that I just want you
oout of the country as soon as possible, mentioning coments yve made, when admitting
to me on the phone that hed booked a flight home to go in a matter of hours. I still have to receive
mandatory written notice in accordance with the utterance and or to align with Malaysian
Employment Law. Not that I was employed.
As I write, one year from the expressed commencement according to those utterances, coupled with
your refusal to Notify me of a proposed Termination, despite reminders, this makes those utterances
redeemable in full, plus all associated expenses / perks / value to correspond to these. Penang is not a
beach holiday resort, so the grossly under-market rate pay is another matter of contention. I was
trapped here, due to your firms insistence on not remediating your subordinates criminal deception.
This is not acceptable. It was not bargained for on an equal basis but under duress (criminally
aggravated duress).
My intention is to publicise the fact that you are all personally clearly partaking in this obvious
criminality, which will be aimed at your BBY shareholders / victims, your insurances and banking,
the British, Malaysian, Thai, and American government agencies.
You have been Notified. As soon as I hear back from you all, with your personal explanations about
how this has happened whilst you held key parasitic, looting positions, and how you intend to put
my immediate financial hardship out of my mind, we may be able to discuss the best route forward
on
as
close
as
equitable
terms
as
your
treachery
allows.
Certainly in no way prejudicing your respective, singular positionswith your liberties and all that
you own at stake, I feel it only appropriate to forewarn that failure to do that which is your only
option that I can see in the interim, shall be considered tacit consent to all that I have stated as fact.
Any further efforts on my part, past the stroke of midnight, with my actions inline with the
most unequivocal best interests of the BBY shareholders, being both a first-hand witness, and
an expert in such frauds from past experience, and the only person that they can trust; shall
engage my fee schedule of 1,000 per hour (10,000 per day, + any taxes dependent on the
venue of settlement, which I am not certain is set).
I have gone to great lengths to preserve the integrity of your company and you have thrown this
back at me. Whilst it will become increasingly difficult as the noose tightens, I envisage an exgratia payment your only face saving option. Please consider that which you paid to your excolleague, McNaughton, whos only success was to destroy the company and to bring criminal
liability upon you all (reported at c.600,000).
You have until the end of Monday, 27.10.14 to effect emergency remediation of my financial
hardshipI suggest instant bank payment in lieu of non-payment of expenses . Skype shall be
left on all day, to arrange for this to have effect.

Next foreseen billable item shall commence in line with seeking any insurance details not
provided.
