INTRODUCTION TO SYSTEM
In todays hi-tech world softwares
has become most efficient means
of computing difficult solution in all
fields.
What usually everybody faces a
difficulty is about accessing the
software.
So, talking this in mind we have
developed software that will cover
up all the problems which are
faced while providing services to
customers.
It provides a simple GUI (Graphics
user interface) for easy interaction
of the users with system.
PROPOSED SYSTEM
In our present system, whole work is
done manually. So there is no proper
utilization of computer in this system.
By using this project we can develop
the fast as well as efficient system for
doing such of manual work. The
various advantages of this project are:
Present manual system is more
time consuming
FEASIBILITY STUDY
Feasibility is a survey of the
possibility of computerization based
on management objectives related to
an analysis of the existing facilities
within company.
Feasibility study is done by
evaluating the existing system of the
area under, takes investigation and
generating ideas for new system. The
key factor considered during feasibility
is:
1) Economic Feasibility.
2) Technical Feasibility.
3) Operational Feasibility.
Now, system analyst has to
examine whether the developed
computerized system is feasible in the
point of view of economical, Technical
and behavioral. Also system analyst
has to consider the feasibility factors
at the time of analysis of system. In
*Technical Feasibility:
Technical feasibility involves
whether work for project can be done
with current procedures, existing
software and
available
hardware.
*Economical Feasibility:
This Feasibility study identifies
alternatives, determine cost and
expecting saving of each alternative,
the cost may include both onetime
cost & recurring cost. It is observed
that the system is economically
feasible as it benefits organization in
many ways.
*Operational feasibility:
OBJECTIVE
Through this project we can maintain
all the necessary information of
customer, various channels as well as
we can do the transaction of money
(Billing process) involved in the
system. This system is very useful for
cable operator for maintaining his
system.
Objectives
1. To maintain records of customer
on computer to facilitate easy
retrieval and data information.
2. To print all financial statements.
3. To maintain history of customers.
4. Any record can be searched easily.
ADVANTAGES
1) Time consumption
Present manual system is more time
consuming. Maintaining the
customer record, various channel
record, preparing month wise record
are much time consuming. This work
is done more efficiently and in less
time by computer.
2) Accuracy
3) Storage of data
In T.V. cable system, we have to
store the large amount of data for a long
period. This work is done most
efficiently by the computer.
4) Economy
Today it is much expensive to
maintain man power. So by using
computer we can save the expenses like
the salary for accountant, stationary
charges etc. Maintaining of billing reports
manually is very critical, tedious and time
consuming. Considering above factors the
organization will progress at much faster
rate as it remove all difficulties and affect
the progress of organization.
ADVANTAGES OF COMPUTERIZED
SYSTEM
The computerized system is needed to
ignore the drawback of the existing
DETERMINATION OF
REQUIREMENT (ANALYSIS):
A requirement is feature that must
be included in a new system. It
included studying existing system and
collecting data about it to find out
what the requirement are. The activity
is carried out in two phases.
A) DETAILED INVESTIGATION:
This includes understanding the
details of the current system. As the
details are gathered, the analysis
studies the requirement and identifies.
B) ANALYSIS OR DETERMINATION
OF THE SYSTEM REQUIREMENT:
After having understood the
system, the next phase is to carry out
a detail study of the various operation
performed by the system and their
relationship within the outside the
system. It is during this phase that
analyst and the user come to and
agreement on what functions the
proposed system has to perform.
1.
Identification of the system
(setting system boundary)
Through this identification &
understanding process.
i)
PRELIMINARY INVESTIGATION
(FEASIBILITY REPORT):
The major purpose of this study is*Identify responsible user and
develop an initial scope of the
system.
*Identify current deficiencies in the
user environment.
*Determine the objectives for the
new system.
*Determine whether it is feasible to
automate the system and, if so
suggest some acceptable option.

FUTURE ENHASEMENT
As it is always said that everything is
not perfect;
Likewise only our code is also not
perfect. Changes can be made in the
code improve the graphics.
We can improve the graphics.
Even we can redesign the GUI if
situation arises that the previous was
not as profitable or satisfactory for the
user to do his job.
